Interior Design Drafter (Part Time/ Contract/ Freelance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance to project requirements
• Review, clarify and amend the drawings/plan provided by clients/consultants
• Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process
• Responsible to match drawing and measurement to actual installation at project site
• Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements
• Provision of accurate cut list for purchase of materials and to inspect purchases material delivered to project site
• Work closely with the Design Manager and project team to ensure that drawings are accurate and in line with design intention

Job Requirements:

• Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Interior Design or any other related field
• Preferably to have 1-2years in drafting experience
• Being well versed and familiar with AutoCAD
• Have ability to be pro-active and use initiative
• Have a keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Minimum basic skill and knowledge in furniture design
• Have a good interpersonal skill to work effectively and communicate at all levels
• Can work independently with excellent self-initiatives
• Must have determination to learn and work
