Responsibilities:
Reports to Building Manager / Facility Manager/ Building Executive
Attending to all electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing works and others
Carry out daily inspection on common areas
To record daily meter reading
Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor
Attending and follow up on owners/tenants complaints
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
Ensure that all permits and licenses are current and comply with authority’s requirements
Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and non-network related equipment
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment; inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, etc.
Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures
Repair electrical equipment and control circuits
Provide support to Immediate Superior in ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Candidate must posses minimum SPM/Certificate, Preferable to have Electrical Engineering/Civil, PW4, Plumbing or equivalent and with minimum of 1 year experience in electrical and civil work
Have experience within the environment of Commercial/Residential building with good knowledge of overall electrical system
Possess good communication and skills and able to meet deadlines
Able to work on-call basis when necessary
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Willing to work on shift
Possess own transport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
