SALES & MARKETING:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop, revise and ensure all sales packages/ promotional scheme are competitive and presented in accordance to approved guideline.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Develop marketing strategy and liaise with creative agency and advertising agency on creative briefs, marketing materials, advertising materials and sales kit to meet objectives for advertising and marketing collaterals.
Plan, manage and monitoring the marketing budget utilization according to management approval.
Organize and manage sales launches and coordinate with all relevant parties involved during sales launch or roadshows / exhibitions.
LEASING OF MALL & PROPERTY:
Manage day-to-day relationship with the partners and tenants includes operational issues.
Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, showing properties, negotiating lease terms, and closing deals.
Identify and engage potential tenants through targeted tenant acquisition and marketing strategies. Highlight the unique benefits of our spaces across retail, commercial, and office properties.
Lead win-win negotiations on lease terms, renewals, and terminations, ensuring all agreements complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Assisting the team in achieving all the KPIs set for respective department.
Assist in the inspection, monitoring, preparing, updating and maintaining property, liaison with tenant.
Developing and implementing proper, efficient and effective preventive programs in regards, to the civil and architecture works, M&E and building maintenance.
Assist the Manager supervise and monitor the performance of the appointed vendors and ensure SOPs are adhered to, the periodic maintenance works are carried out effectively according to the service contract and as scheduled.
Investigate and take corrective actions to overcome technical problems.
Assist the Manager on strata property.
Conduct regular visits to the property are required to ensure that the buildings are satisfactorily managed and maintained.
To ensure proper, effective and timely responsive maintenance for ad hoc complains for the development in regards, to the civil, architecture, M&E and tenant fit-outs.
To assist in preparing the departmental budget and manage / control of operations expenditure for development.
To prepare approval request memo from outsource vendors for approval.
To check every utilities bill, invoices for property expenses and property taxes before submitting to the account department for payment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- property development / banking industry / conveyancing: 5 years (Preferred)
