Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing
- Involved in the preparation and posting of journal/ voucher and invoice checking
- To receive and process all invoices, expenses claim forms and request for payment
- To perform posting for account receivable and account payable
- Involved in the preparation of Management Reports (Costing or Accounting)
- Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow budget and daily cash flow management
- To perform bank reconciliation, creditor statement reconciliation and etc
- To carry out any other ad hoc assignment as and when assigned by Immediate Superior or Management
Job Requirement:
- Must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required
- Able to handle full set account
- Able to perform cost analysis
- Required skill: Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel is highly desired)
- Self- motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrate commitment to accuracy and paying attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
