Senior IT Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior IT Executive to enhance and optimize our technological infrastructure. The Senior IT Executive will oversee daily IT operations, provide expert support and solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the company's IT strategy. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:-

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring all systems and networks are operating efficiently and securely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues, aiming to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness and drive innovation.
• Investigate and recommend innovative technologies and solutions for market implementation.
• Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network issues.
• Offer support for Point of Sale (POS) systems & manage and maintain the corporate antivirus system.
• Perform general IT administrative tasks, including managing the fixed asset register, documentation, and guidelines.
• Provide expert suggestions and innovative solutions to enhance and optimize IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the Company's technological infrastructure.
• Oversee and manage IT daily operations, ensuring all systems and networks are running efficiently and securely.
• Offer timely end-user support, diligently troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues while keeping the helpdesk ticketing system updated with accurate information.
• Diagnose and effectively resolve complex system and application issues, striving to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Conduct annual audit checks.
• Execute any additional tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned periodically by senior management.

Requirements:

• At least Advance Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possesses technical kills in Microsoft Windows Server, Network infrastructure administrator, cybersecurity, system / network security, MAC OS and etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
