Stocked internationally across 400+ retailers, primarily in the US and Australia, the Operations Team is the heartbeat of the brand. As the Operations Executive for Wanderlust + Co, you will be responsible for managing orders and customer service, assist with inventory control, plus providing additional support to the operations team.
Candidate should be pro-active, reliable, and detail oriented, with the willingness to be responsible for your own domain and work with management team to drive growth and business improvements. Checking, preparing, posting and managing retail/wholesale orders, PR deliveries, and re-deliveries, working with relevant teams (marketing & PR, wholesale) to optimize delivery timelines for all orders and shipments
Driving aspects of inventory control and movement, including receiving and inspecting new season product shipments, daily shipments, warehouse storage and stocktake
Assisting to manage warehouse functions and flow, adhering to timelines
Ensure all orders and pre-orders are shipped within the promised time frame to the customers, by prepare accurate files/reports and any related shipping documents
Assisting to manage warehouse supplies reordering & replenishment
Ensure personalized orders are on track and follow up with respective team in timely manner
Assist to prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for product quality checks, shipping,
and customer service reports to aid operational performance improvement

Updating and producing shipping and customer service reports to aid operational performance improvement
Ensure quality and customer-service standards are met, identify and resolve day to day issues and implement improvements communication across customer service communication (returns, exchanges, QC, shipment tracking)
Day-to-day administrative tasks
Escalate and drive resolution for any shipping related issues to internal or external parties, provide accurate information to customer service agent

Stock checking and counting when inbound or outbound to/ from HQ office.
Assist on offline related project, like offline sales event, new store opening (NSO) operations, ad hoc project, special project that allocated etc
Managing and assist 3PL on pick and pack (when required), assist stock take (warehouse and offline stores) when required
Ensuring HQ store room is well maintained and upkeep with quarterly stock taking
Qualifications Needed –
Previous work experience of 1-2 years in customer service, stock management or office administration is a bonus for this position, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Minimum SPM or Diploma holder – degree a bonus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and email management
Strong verbal & written communication skills (English)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
