Job Responsibilities
- Attend to sales inquiries, including call-in and walk-in customers, by providing relevant information about the product and the project with the objective to achieve sales target.
- Execute marketing strategies to achieve sales target set by the Company.
- Organize and participate in property launches or exhibitions and sales office duties.
- Prepare and manage budget for marketing activities, as and when required.
- Prepare sales kit & marketing collaterals.
- Build and maintain good relationship with potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty.
- To achieve the sales target given.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good discipline.
- Good teamwork.
- Able to adapt to changes.
- Good communication skills to liaise with local authority.
