We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of horticultural products to customers, distributors, and retailers. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential customers.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular communication, product education, and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and field visits to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to offer informed recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of horticulture, agriculture, or gardening products is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend sales meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
