BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ( CONTRACT : 24 MONTH/ 2 YEARS)
CRITERIA :

  • Man
  • Age between 25 – 35 years old
  • Min : Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Admin (or any related field)
  • Minimal experience are acceptable
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Own personal vehicle, Have a driving license (B and D Class)
  • Have a good communication skills
  • Have a good attitude , honest and integrity
  • Free from any crime record
  • Able to work outstation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Get a new potential client, contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Make a Quotation for potential client.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings (Direct Marketing)
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
  • New venture with company strategies and operations examining risks and potential estimating partners needs and goals.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personal.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating integrating contract requirements with business operation.
  • Respond to the customer via email or WhatsApp for new project, BD need to be the first liner to deal with customer in term no of manpower, equipment and SOP that client demand.
  • Manage and train the business development team.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
  • Register new vendor system and make a list all GLC companies to create business opportunity.
  • Preparing RFQ/RFT for all tender by government and private sector within selected region.
  • Preparing and managing all the necessary filing for the department within selected region.
  • Preparing and managing the entire related corporate document.
  • Preparing quotations and other related documents for potential clientele.
  • To identify and register all relevant vendor for the company.
  • Maintaining current vendor system by renew registration.
  • Providing management with feedback.
  • Do monthly Direct Marketing Report.
  • Writing reports for daily log report and monthly marketing report to be submitted to HQ.
  • Do ad-hoc task such as tenderer either Manual or Online.
  • Attend site visit.
  • Any ad hoc jobs as and when required by the management

  • Working 5 days a week ( Monday to Sunday ) & (8:30AM-5:30PM)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
