- Core Objectives:
1. Provide timely and effective support to Mandarin-speaking food merchants.
2. Resolve merchants inquiries and complaints efficiently.
3. Ensure a seamless user experience and maintain high merchants satisfaction.
- Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
2. Experience in customer service or support roles.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively.
- Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
2. Experience working with CRM systems.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Requirement:
1. At least 2 years experience in handling customer service.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Location & Duration of the Assignment: The assignment will be based in Malaysia and will be under a 12-months contract (extendable based on performance).
- Please note that Temporary / Contractor Resources are subject to the Extended Workforce Policy (including a Length of Service limit).
- Please inform candidate the breakdown of the salary in inclusive of MYR 300 of language allowance.
- Kindly assess the language proficiency before sending the profiles across.
- There will ideally be 2 rounds of interview.
Additional fixed shift allowance RM500
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
