JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Payroll
- Gather data for payroll processing in a timely manner while ensuring data accuracy. Eg: government statutory related registration for new joiners.
- Assist on payroll matrix report separation.
Benefits/Data
- Research on employee benefits related programmed and contribute on proposal drafting.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with vendors.
- Generate and massage ad-hoc reports as and when necessary.
- Present People Operations team related data during weekly department sync.
People Operations/Projects
- Assist on different projects implementation as and when required.
- Research the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
- Coordinate on JTK form 63A submission for new outlets opening.
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the P&C Department
- Participate in organizing employee engagement related activities such as festival celebration, town hall, leadership bootcamp and etc depending on events calendar.
- Any other ad-hoc task which fulfils the internship objective.
JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideal candidate should still be pursuing a bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any relevant courses. Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
- Good in time and task management
- Microsoft Office (Excel,Words,Powerpoint,Publisher) proficiency.
- Basic understanding in the field of HR would be advantageous.
- Language Requirements: Fluent written and spoken English, other languages is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with good communication.
- Resourceful, proactive, organized.
- Attentive to details.
- Poses high level of integrity
