Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and achieve sales targets for assigned local and international customer accounts.
• Create and implement account management strategies, along with tactical sales and marketing plans, to support business development goals.
• Conduct regular customer engagement through international and local trade shows, in-person visits, and virtual meetings with existing and prospective clients.
• Perform periodic sales and market analyses to drive growth, identify new opportunities with current clients, and generate high-potential leads.
• Oversee customer account reporting and territory performance, monitoring sales progress through CRM and ERP systems.
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure customer inquiries and orders are effectively addressed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields, with experience in semiconductors, precision engineering, or metrology considered an asset.
• Requires a minimum of 5-6 years in industrial sales with a proven track record in high-tech sectors.
• Professional training in sales management and advanced selling techniques is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM or any CRM software.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills are necessary, with additional language skills in German, French, or Japanese as an advantage.
• A positive, service-oriented, assertive attitude with a high level of drive is expected.
• Must be willing to travel independently, particularly in Europe, with an international driver’s license.
• The position is based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
