  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Manage the customer’s sales order, as a coordinator between sales & operation team to follow up related product production and delivery arrangements in order to fulfill customer shipment on time.
  • Follow up and monitor production job orders progress, against job completion commit from operation team.
  • Ensure on time delivery and feedback to sales if any not in plan issue happen.
  • Work with cross-department to fulfill customers’ requirements.
  • Ensure Production strictly follow order priority, and work order closure within the targeted timeline.
  • Responsible and coordinate with customers during customer Finish goods inspection, coordinate with related department to handle and settle if happen any quality issue or others issue which will delay shipment.
  • Work with Engineering for ECN and deviation, as well as QA on quality issues that related to the products.
  • Any additional duties as assigned by Sales or Planning Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma and above in any related field.
  • At least 1years working experience in the manufacturing environment & customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
