Company Overview
The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.
Responsibilities:
· Order purchased items, follow up with the order and make sure arrive at site on time
· Liaise with stores and production planning personnel regarding material requirements
· Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
· Perform Delivery management for incoming material-match delivery items with invoices, prices & quantity
· Responsible for all issuing and handling of all internal purchase routine paper works
· To verify receiving records against purchase requisition and purchase order for goods received
· Assist purchasing manager to source supplier/vendor and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
· Coordinate with related departments & suppliers on the defected materials
· Assist store personnel in receiving and checking of goods at store
· To report immediately on errors arisen during daily routine job
· Ensure proper document management and filing
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in any field
· At least 2 years of working experience in related field
· Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet)
· Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
· Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm
