Senior Sales Executive (5 days / Ayer Keroh)

• Achieve personal new business targets set by the Company.
• Represent and promote the Company to prospect for new customers.
• Maintain and protect the Company’s image.
• Identify potential markets for business development.
• Manage order taking, price quotations, and liaison with customers for pre-production requirements.
• Ensure timely production and delivery of goods to customer specifications.
• Conduct daily sales activities with integrity and commitment.
• Assess new customer credit and ensure compliance with credit control guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and verify defective products.
• Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Act promptly to minimize bad debts based on debtor information.
• Keep the Management Team informed on competitors’ activities and market trends.
• Foster good customer service and teamwork across departments.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the corrugated carton industry or corporate sales.
• Experience in packaging manufacturing is advantageous.
• Prefer candidates who are able to speak Mandarin, as they will need to communicate with mandarin speaking principle.
• This position offers a base salary along with car allowance, telephone allowance, and sales incentive (subject to performance).
• Must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
