  • Process supplier invoices and prepare payments.
  • Handle and verify petty cash claims and payments.
  • Issue invoices/ credit notes and send monthly SOA.
  • Assist Superior with full set of overseas account.
  • Assist monthly management reports and audit schedules.
  • Assist monthly reconciliation of bank/ customer/ supplier/ interco.
  • Assist cash flow forecast reports for treasury team.
  • Assist in preparing documents for annual audit.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting fields.
  • Diploma in Accounting.
  • Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Availability to commence work immediately or with short notice preferred.
  • Must able to work Seelong, Senai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
