Job Descriptions :
- Order Processing & Fulfilments, Order Placement to factories, this includes communication with vendor and internal departments.
- Monitoring and updating delivery plans in the Oracle Systems.
- Assist Team member in matters pertaining to Oracle fulfilment process when required.
- Assist team member with progress reporting; gatherings information from vendors, inter departments i.e documentation, shipping & finance.
- Understanding of process workflow and knowledge in operations (sales order, purchasing order, logistics & invoicing system) is an added advantage.
Requirements :
- Experiences in order processing/sales administrative or other relevant fields
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
