Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic intern who is enthusiastic about gaining work exposure and experience in a fast-paced environment by assisting the Purchasing Department. You will work closely with our team to support department activities and contribute to the efficient functioning of the department.
To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to assist with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. Applicants are encouraged to specify their internship duration, as well as the start and end dates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Purchasing Executive in sourcing materials and supplies based on company needs.
- Support in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Perform data entry to maintain and update purchasing records accurately.
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct basic market research to identify cost-effective suppliers.
- Filing and documentation.
- Generate Replacement of PO based on Invoices when neccessary.
- Support in preparing PO Status report for Material Wastage Control.
- Support in preparing monthly GRN for Finance Dept on monthly basis.
- Coordinating proper documentation to account dept on invoices for payment to supplier.
- To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated diploma / degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills; experience with ERP and Auto count systems is a plus.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
