Job Purpose:
To deliver the financial targets for his accounts and help achieve the APAC budget through motivating and driving his customers and carrying out end user demonstrations and field trials.
To innovate, liaise and co-operate with peers to deliver profitable growth for the APAC region.
Job Responsibilities:
- To project and enhance the Company’s image and reputation in the market place along with supporting and building future strategies.
- Visit and support Farecla Importers and Distributors in country to ensure sales growth and increase the range of products sold to them
- To target and develop all nominated major Bodyshop opportunities working with the Farecla Technical Team
- End User Demonstration on the full range of products sold by Farécla and introduction of new products to new and existing customers
- Make data-driven decisions balancing the need to acquire new business, develop existing business and maintain safe and efficient operations
- Provides support to the Company that may be reasonably requested by the Directors, Managers or any other member of the Farecla team
- Evaluate new importers/distributors and provide market intelligence through regular market research and cold calling
- Carrying out field trials to assist with new product development
- Recognise and develop brand initiatives and build appropriate plans including attending appropriate exhibitions and trade shows
- Make critical decisions on the continual improvement of the Region
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are understood and implemented effectively across the Region
- Influence key decision makers to achieve results
- Review operating efficiencies within the Region to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service
- Deliver short-term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with line manager
Requirements:
- Essential English language and other languages for APAC is a plus
- Channel/distribution experience
- Pricing and Promotion knowledge
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Smart appearance and professional telephone manner
- Agile and can implement changes quickly and collaboratively
- Customer relationship management
- Problem solving skills
- Strong Communications and engagement
- Field person; practical and hands-on.

- Willingness to travel - 60% of time will be spent travelling across APAC region with a few annual trips to the Company’s headquarters in Ware, Hertfordshire, UK
