Job Scope
· Assist on special projects.
· Prepare documents, reports and presentations.
· Collect and prepare letters for meetings with external parties.
· Translate documents, conduct research and prepare documentation.
· Interact professionally with all levels of management, executives, business partners and external parties.
· Doing system data and customer management.
· Responsible for meeting minutes.
Requirement
- Min 2 years working experience
- Have experience as Personal Assistant or related position will be advantage
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft and PowerPoint.
- Able to do meeting minutes.
- With experience in freight forwarding and international logistics are advantage
- High sense of work responsibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,400.00 per month
