Requirements :
- Degree in human resource or equivalent
- At least 1-2 year of relevant working experience
- People-oriented, analytical skills and attention to details
- Knowledge of the HR functions and the local labour legislation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Must be matured, self-motivated, committed and able to prioritise in order to close all matters within areas of responsibility.
Job Descriptions :
- Human Resource
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions including payroll, recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefit.
- Responsible for employee relation matters & preparations of all HR letters (disciplinary, attendance, grievance) with compliance to employment law.
- Handle day to day HR functions including staffing, employee welfare and attendance administration.
- Maintain HR Records (Personal file, personal database, leave record, attendance tracking) of all employees in a proper and efficient manner.
- Admin
- Manage money going in and out of the account.
- Tracks office needs and makes orders when needed.
- Assist with daily operations.
- Manage taking and preparing meeting minutes
- Manage and ensure the company's monthly commitment according to the payment schedule.
- Assist in ensuring that all departments' KPI can be achieved.
- Managing admin matters in general.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
