Location: Plaza Sentral (reachable by public transport)
Working hour: Mon- Fri- 9am-6pm
Job Scope:
- Providing support to the Warehouse Department for Processing of Daily Purchase Orders
- Processing sales purchase orders, verifying the price list & Inventory available, issuing sale Invoices via accounting software within strict timelines
- Monitoring and verifying sales orders via online e-commerce platforms.- Lazada and Shopee on daily basis.
- Handling communications with warehouse personnel via phone, email, and in-person.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with formula - example PIVOT and V Look etc
- Able to handle strict time lines and deliverable on daily basis
- Submission of Sales Invoices and other reports as required by the management on daily basis
Requirements:
1. With minimum 1 year experience in handling processing of orders from Lazada and Shopee
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
