  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Position: Desktop Support Analyst ( ArcGIS)

Tenure: 2 years (Renewable basis)

Location: Shah Alam

Working Hour: Night Shift (9pm - 6am) (Fixed Shift)

Salary: RM 2800 – RM 3200 + Allowance (RM 500 shift allowance + RM 400 Training allowance)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to Esri end users through effective communication (via phone, e-mail, and chat) and efficient troubleshooting
  • Resolve technical issues related to ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and enterprise geodatabases using Esri tools and other related technologies
  • Work well in a high energy, fast paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture
  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • As a subject matter expert, author and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external users
  • Identify issues and log defects for software improvements
  • Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs require

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Geoscience, Geoinformatics, Geomatics Science, Science Remote Sensing Geography, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other relevant field, depending on position level
  • Open for fresh Degree holder with at least 6 months experienced during Internship related to GIS theory and communication skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service including strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
