  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support the financial operations within the retail management industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Set of Accounts:

  • Handle and manage the full set of accounts.

Account Closing and Reporting:

  • Perform monthly/quarterly account closing and prepare management reports, financial reports, and analyses.

Audit Coordination:

  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external auditors, transfer pricing, tax agents, and company secretarial matters.

Tax Provision Preparation:

  • Prepare and review current and deferred tax provisions quarterly.

Budget and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Banking and Loan Matters:

  • Liaise and assist with banking and loan matters.

Ad-hoc Tasks:

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Education:

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage).

Time Management:

  • Ability to plan and prioritize work with strong time management skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • A committed team player with a good personality, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
