  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities

  • The person selected will be expected to work alongside our experienced support and development staff to provide a high level of service to external and internal clients.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users, support and training staff
  • Assist in problem resolution in all levels of the product at client sites
  • Provide technical consultancy to clients
  • Be able to make minor modifications and bug fixes to the software
  • Act as a liaison between the end user support and core development functions
  • Be involved in remote and on-site software installation and upgrade tasks

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Graduated in Computer / Information Technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to present their thoughts/ideas in a concise and logical way
  • Be able to work with a minimal amount of supervision
  • Be prepared to contribute positively to the team environment
  • Possess excellent time and personal management skills
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Ideally have some experience in supporting a MS SQL base application

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
