  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Scope:

1. Update account maintenance and assist to ensure of the subscription benefit customer care.
2. Assist to get feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Score Tracking
3. To ensure customer aware of the subscription renewal period timeline
4. Follow up with customer subscription renewal status
Support customer enquire or concerns directly to ensure the matter being address
5. Support as representative person to vendor on our forecast update
6. Update CRM Assets Management
Assist to update the monthly and quarterly report to respective person and management
7. Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
