Client company: Japanese financial provider
Location: Bandar Utama (reachable by MRT)
Remunerations: Basic + RM600 allowances
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend outbound and inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
To perform telesales for Life Insurance Product.
Attend EZ Connect and EZ Protect enquiry via Whatsapp diligently.
To handle full settlement request and to arrange to send redemption merchandise to customers.
Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum diploma in any field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Effective in multitasking, fast-learner and a strong team-player
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
