What would you do?

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our product offering, aligning with the company’s vision and market demands.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape within the product space. Use insights to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to define product requirements, prioritize features and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress to executive leadership, sales team and customers.
• Work closely with go-to-market and sales team to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data and market trends to continuously improve existing products and identify opportunities for new products or features.
• Manage the P&L for T&G products, ensuring that revenue targets and profitability are achieved.
• Ensure that the products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations and certifications.
• Work closely with vendors, finance, technology, operations, sales, go-to-market and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Any other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required.

Who should join us?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related field.
• 3-5 years prior experience Product Management role in Financial Institutions or Fintech would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in project management.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail and execution skills.
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Outcome focused and possessed a “Can Do” attitude.
• Must be an exceptional team player, able to interact with all management levels.
• Mature, independent and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
