Airport Hotel Lounge Attendant

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required skill(s): Culinary arts or cooking in a professional setting.
• Willing to work in shift, weekend and public holiday
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply

Responsibility

• Ensure smooth operations of the food & beverages section during service
• Assist in quality checking and maintaining consistency of the food served
• Follow the food handling procedures as per the SOP
• To ensure refill beverages chiller and to support chef on replenishment for food/snacks
• Clear and sanitize all tables after each use by guests before seating the next guest.
• Responsible for keeping the food counters and service areas clean at all times.
• To work with the kitchen crew in development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Experience:

• Food service: 1 year (Preferred)
