Admin - Task Could Include

  • Undertake general administrative duties including distribution of minutes, reports and other documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering office supplies.
  • Prepare relevant reports, statistical and analytical reports on admin-related activities
  • Undertake and assist in recording and processing invoices, receipts as well as payments as required.
  • Assisting in handling company staff’s accommodation tenancy agreement upon renewal period.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.

Procurement/Purchasing - tasks include

  • Involved in direct and indirect materials sourcing, planning, purchasing and inventory control
  • Assisting in inventory management
  • Monitor continually the price movements of raw materials and their global demand trends
  • Work with internal departments to review material requirements and delivery lead time to meet customers' needs

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
