Job Description

· Project professional image for IDMS as the first point of contact with customers and suppliers.
Respond to all incoming customer’s calls with good telephone skills.

· Assist enquiries on consumables and/or supply orders/service supports with customer care
passion. Reliable to diligently solve the issues immediately

· Correctly identify call type, utilise existing systems to comply logging procedures

· Accurately escalating despatch calls to technical team

· Store checking and prepare accurate Inventory Reports for Sales team & Technical team

· Prepare delivery order, stock control/planning (in and out) and identify stock replenishment
needs

· Strategically manage logistics and oversee warehousing to ensure efficient space utilization

· Prepare monthly reports requested by General Manager

· Proficient in using SQL software system

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Management/ Marketing/ Tourism.

· Experience in customer service roles for more than two years is desirable.

· Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.

· Full-Time position(s) available.

· Computer literate (MS Word & Excel).

· Able to work independently as well as a good team player.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and hardworking.

· Office based in Green Tech Park, S2

Salary: RM1800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Education:

  • STM/STPM/ Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
