Job Responsibilities:

  • Quantify and qualify sales leads based on agreed selection criteria before assigning the leads to a sales channel
  • Account Management, to manage portfolio of existing customers, make telephone calls regular timely cycle and to secure new business (serving corporate clients, relationship building, cross selling/upselling products and services))
  • Develop new customer base, potential business growth
  • Build rapport and long term relationships with Clients while providing excellent customer service standards
  • Problem solving: Customer complaints, responding and satisfying client sales and post sales requirements.
  • Achieve individual monthly KPI

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Sales & Marketing, or any relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and above
  • Required skill(s): Call Center background, Customer Service, CRM module in logistics fields, Sales Experience
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Result driven and works well with KPI
  • Comfortable working with different modes of communication for liaison work (Primarily Phone)
  • Willing to work at Bangsar South
  • Contract role with opportunities to be converted to permanent staff
