  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring a Key Account Executive (Spanish Speaker) - Native Colombia / Native Mexico

Location: KL Gateway, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary Range: rm4,300-rm20,000

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking talented individuals fluent in Spanish to join our team as Key Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, providing top-tier service, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role is open for native Spanish speakers from Colombia or Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver presentations and solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and propose strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and develop strategies to meet objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the financial services or trading industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving.
  • Native Spanish speaker from Colombia or Mexico.
