JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business, with a particular emphasis on expanding sales for our coconut milk and related products. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive costing analyses to optimize our financial strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Costing Analysis:
- Conduct detailed costing analyses to ensure the optimization of financial strategies.
- Work closely with the finance team to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance the team's performance.
4. Sales Target Management:
- Establish and manage sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the execution of sales plans to meet or exceed set targets.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
6. Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance our product offerings.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and costing analyses.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
8. Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets related to sales activities.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports directly to the Executive Director.
Requirement:
- A Degree or higher Diploma in related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field.
- Good command of English ( oral / written )
- Other ad-hoc requirements from time to time.
- Office @ Semenyih
- Can start immediately / As soon as possible
Working Days :
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday Half Day
BASIC PAY + COMMISSION
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
