Marketing Promotions
- To plan and assist in marketing promotions along the year to increase sales and brand awareness
a. Tactical & yearly promotions (friends and family sale, end of season sale, privilege sale)
b. Third-party promotions (landlords, banks, etc)
- To ensure marketing strategy is aligned with digital strategy (social media)
- To ensure related departments (VM, Boutiques, IT, Loyalty, and Finance) are aware of any marketing promotions
- To monitor and study competitor’s marketing strategy and promotions
- To brainstorm and suggest attractive marketing promotions
Marketing Communications & Collaterals
- To Work closely with the Head of Marketing to set directions for all campaigns and group's communication activities
- To assist the direction of look & feel with Head of Marketing, Communication and Graphics teams.
- To assist the direction, look & feel of all collaterals such as style guides, newsletter, webmail’s, postcards, etc.
- To oversee, set the look & feel of all marketing campaigns, personalized campaigns according to each brand in order to create brand awareness & sales initiatives
- To edit and proofread written pieces before publication/blasting (edm, social posts, sms text)
- To draft marketing materials and communications (edm, social posts, sms text)
- To arrange for delivery of printed materials to boutiques and outlets
a. Printed materials: Vouchers, flyers, invitation card, letters to customers, signage’s
b. Digital collaterals: EDM, E-Invite, Social Media Posts
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- To strategise, plan and execute engaging digital campaigns
- To work on, create & upload engaging Social Media Content on all platforms
- To track and analyse the efficacy of social media posts and engagement
- To help grow a relevant list of followers that leads to Sales Conversion
- To post Sponsored ads and track the efficiency of Boosted posts.
Email Marketing
- To design email newsletter templates and edm
- To segment email newsletter lists
- To review email newsletter metrics
- To clean up the database (adding in and updating new data)
- To blast email newsletter to customers
Marketing Budget
- To update individual brand budgets and ensure all marketing spending is budgeted
- To obtain approval for marketing budget and quotations from hod
- To submit Purchase Orders in compliance with SOPs and in a timely fashion
Marketing Presentations & Proposals
- To create yearly, seasonal and campaign-based marketing presentation.

Marketing Reports
- To generate and update marketing related reports
- To prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data provided by the stores
a. Newsletter reports (Mailchimp)
b. Sms/mms reports
c. Sales Reports
Relationship Management
- To maintain and secure a good relationship with landlords, current partners and potential partners.
- To source for suppliers with the best quality and pricing
E-Commerce
- To work closely with the graphics team and planning of e-commerce on collaterals
- To source for suppliers for e-commerce collaterals
a. E-commerce proposal
b. Quotations from suppliers
- To support and assist event co-ordinations; dealing with suppliers & contractors as necessary and liaising
- To coordinate and communicate with Creative Communication and graphics team to create collaterals to support the opening event E.g. mall standees, web mails, invitation cards, style guides, SMS, etc.
Public Relations
- To liaise with media and KOLs as required for promotional support of products and/or brands stories
- To manage samples from principals and to and from media
- To manage influencer seeding and track ROI in terms of Sales and/or brand awareness
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve higher total sales and market awareness & visibility for all fashion brands under the group including F&B and Outlet Business.
- Support in increasing engagement, traction and followers on all Melium’s Digital Platforms including E-Commerce, Melium App, Social Media platforms, EDM Open Rate
- Support with App and Social Media Uploads, Sponsored Ads & Boosting Posts.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma in journalism, mass communications or other relevant qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in PR & Marketing would be ideal but not required
- PowerPoint & Excel skills required
- Good presentation skills would be an asset
- Excellent multitasting skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
