Drafter ( Civil & Structural )

Job Description:

• Create detailed drawings based on sketches or guidelines provided by Engineers, or by referring to previous project drawings.
• Develop coordinated drawings, ensuring alignment with the spatial requirements of other disciplines.
• Manage and maintain both hardcopy and digital records of all received and internally produced drawings.
• Assist in quantity take-offs as requested by supervisors.
• Provide support with printing, photocopying, and compiling documents when required.
• Aid Engineers in the preparation of proposals.
• Participate in company activities, including corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Review and provide guidance on subordinates' work, serving as a mentor and conducting on-the-job training.
• Perform all tasks related to Minconsult’s operations as directed.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in drafting for civil / structural work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in understanding and following instructions in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
