Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage all aspects of talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing the end-to-end recruitment process. As a Talent Acqusition Manager, you will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals and growth plans.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with department /division managers to forecast hiring needs and define job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
  • Lead the employer branding initiatives to create a strong and attractive company presence in the market.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to the recruitment team to ensure efficient processes and high-quality hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and employee retention, and make improvements where necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and integrate them into the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have at lease 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment and leading a team of recruiters.
  • Experience in Engineering industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
