Responsible for running the daily parts operation in the warehouse department
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Replenishes stock on the service floor as needed and places special orders for service adviser base on customers approval when necessary
- Checks items received against shipping invoice to ensure the shipment is accurate
- Uses inventory control software to log information and conducts regular store inventory
- Answers customer and sales associate questions about available items in stock
- To ensure recall part monitoring make available stock all the time
- Packs up defective items or overstock and arranges for the return shipment to SPC
- To charge out part into correct invoice type in job card once supply to technician
- To keep part into location properly and check daily to prevent shortage and theft
- Comply with operational core competencies and key accountability
- Assists in cleaning up the store and stockroom during closing shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
