Job Description

An Administrative Assistant responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within the F&B department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain filing systems and records.
  • Provide general office support, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Personal Assistance:
  • Manage personal errands and tasks as required.
  • Screen and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Provide confidential support and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • F&B Department Support:
  • Assist with project coordination and implementation.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Someone with high organizational & pay attention to details

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience in the F&B industry.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
