i- To ensure day-to-day operations are carried smoothly in accordance to company SOP.
ii- To attend and serve walk in and dine in customer with their request.
iii- To ensure a conducive, safe and comfortable ambiance for staff and customer.
iv- To familiar with F&B menu and be able to do good explanation and recommendation to customer.
v- To cross sell and promote outlet's products and new promotion.
vi- To perform stock take and spring cleaning as assigned by outlet Manager.
vii- To be able to handle customer complaints and come out with solutions.
viii- To undertake ac-hoc tasks assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Experience:
- Service Crew: 1 year (Preferred)
