Job Requirements
1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Familiar with building construction (Mechanical & Electrical)
3. Required Skill(s): Read Drawings, M&E Technical Skills
Job Descriptions
1. Manage daily M&E operations at site.
2. Plans and coordinates M&E work with C&S and architectural works.
3. Supervise M&E works, including monitoring of work progress and quality control.
4. Liaises with client, consultant and local authorities for M&E works.
5. Attends all clients and consultants meetings.
6. Arranges for inspection with consultants / clients / authorities on M&E works.
7. Prepares and evaluates monthly progress claim for M&E works.
8. Prepares as-built drawings for M&E works.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
