QA Engineer

We are now looking for a QA Engineer to join our team, to be based at Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. Your main role will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing and evaluation.

You will play an important role in:

• Manage overall aspects of QA, QC and ISO 9001 QMS.
• Leading the QA team to perform inspection, test and reporting quality data for incoming, inprocess and outgoing products.
• Prepare, revise and update as necessary all documents associated with QMS.
• Ensure the processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained.
• Maintain and report on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
• Control of quality related documents and records as defined in Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, etc.
• Handle customer/ internal complaints, audit and quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis & propose recommendations for improvements.
• Administration of calibration program.
• Administration of Corrective Action Request system and Customer/ Internal Complaints.
• Keeps Management fully apprised of significant occurrences and trends that impact the quality of product or manufacturing operations.
• Anticipates current and future issues and develops plans and actions to minimize the negative impact.
• Manage quality scrap transactions.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Engineering (Machanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/ Assurance or equivalent.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
