Job Description:
- Lead the enforcement of fair employment practices, ensuring full adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, optimizing candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and placement.
- Prepare essential documents such as appointment, confirmation, and promotion letters.
- Manage employee records, including personal files, leave applications, entitlements, and documentation.
- Coordinate and lead staff training and development programs, handling provider liaison, documentation, resource allocation, and records management.
- Handle payroll tasks like salary calculations, overtime, and statutory payments, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain records for insurance and manage medical claims.
- Drive improvements in HR processes, mentor junior staff, and lead special HR projects or ad-hoc tasks to support HR's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR function(s) such as recruitment, payroll, performance, training & development and HR Systems.
- A good understanding of contemporary HR management including an understanding of the relevant legislation and policies.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
