Job Description:

  • Lead the enforcement of fair employment practices, ensuring full adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, optimizing candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and placement.
  • Prepare essential documents such as appointment, confirmation, and promotion letters.
  • Manage employee records, including personal files, leave applications, entitlements, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and lead staff training and development programs, handling provider liaison, documentation, resource allocation, and records management.
  • Handle payroll tasks like salary calculations, overtime, and statutory payments, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain records for insurance and manage medical claims.
  • Drive improvements in HR processes, mentor junior staff, and lead special HR projects or ad-hoc tasks to support HR's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR function(s) such as recruitment, payroll, performance, training & development and HR Systems.
  • A good understanding of contemporary HR management including an understanding of the relevant legislation and policies.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
