Job Description

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of E-Commerce Marketplaces (Webstore, Lazada, Shopee etc)
  • Timely update and upload new products and product listings.
  • Create and maintain product listings, such as product description, status, price, and images when required.
  • Liaise with customers regarding missing/damaged items or returns.
  • Manage returns, arrange replacements or refunds, and maintain accurate records. Prepare bi-weekly reports for returns and refunds across all marketplaces.
  • Ensure the attractiveness of Marketplace & Webstore at all times.
  • Manage customer inquiries and customer service.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on upcoming deals/promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing team for branding and awareness activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in E-commerce.
  • Highly knowledgeable about e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook etc.
  • Passionate about E-commerce and online marketing initiatives. Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, data analysis, ERP, POS system, and IT project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, well-organized, self-directed, and able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, and a good team player.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Proactively seek solutions until issues are resolved.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
