Our client is a Fast Growing Co. with their office located in KL.
This role demands a high-caliber HR leader with exceptional business acumen & strategic planning skills to work closely with top management to foster a high-performance culture, ensure top-tier hiring and retention, and manage daily HR operations effectively in multiple offices (Malaysia, Thailand, other countries as expand). The ideal HR leader should come with prior cross functional experience within the business (i.e. Strategy Planning, Sales, Commercial, Finance) in order to make HR decisions which are in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals for both Malaysia & Thailand offices.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational objectives, drive performance, and enhance employee engagement.
Talent Management & Development (Top-Tier Talent):
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top-tier talent across both regions.
- Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development programs, and performance management systems.
- Monitor and address employee development needs, providing coaching and support to managers and staff.
Culture & Engagement:
- Champion a positive and inclusive working culture that aligns with company values and promotes high employee morale.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including talent ops, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Standardize HR processes and policies across both regions while tailoring solutions to meet local needs.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Malaysia & Thailand.

Requirements
- 5 years of People Management experience.
- Experience as Regional HR in multiple countries (Thailand is a plus) + Experience in Business (Commercial, Finance, Sales..)
- Demonstrated ability to provide and execute company leadership and direction,
- Passion for engaging with all levels as both a colleague and a high-level coach,
- Strategic thinker, good business acumen, problem-solving skills, and analytical proficiency,
- Strong communications skills and empathy,
- Excellent command of English !
- Flexible to travel overseas as and when needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
