Job Summary
IAM onboarding BAU support is responsible to coordinate/orchestrate the deployment of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to all business applications. Coordinate IAM onboarding activities with the different delivery teams (Onboarding – Operations – Engineering – Architecture) and get those services into IAM Identity & Access Management team in compliance to the IAM minimum mandatory control requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end to end assessment with project teams for controls validation across all IAM controls i.e Privilege ID’s, Access management, Authentication
- Review security-related access rights practices, directives, and guidelines.
- Implement, administer, and maintain the security administration to control access to the Bank’s infrastructure systems and application systems.
- Undertake periodical review and other exercises in relation with platform/application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
- Participate and recommend user security administration approach / requirements gathering at the development stages of new platform/application systems to ensure the group policies including IT Policies and Group standards are being complied.
- Ensure all requests and changes are conducted in accordance with agreed service standards [SLA], agreed procedure and approved security matrix.
- Manages Transition, continues availability of Admin IDs.
- Project Initiatives for Process Improvements
- End to end Coordination with various teams to ensure transition of Application access from application projects to IAM team.
- Enable User Access and Entitlement instances in OneCert for Effective User Access Review
- Enable automation of User Access provisioning and de-provisioning
- Support User Access / Entitlement Review related review/audits
- Should be good at MS-OFFICE especially Power point, Excel and word
Skills and Experience
- Intermediate to advanced Knowledge on Information Security
- Hands of experience in user access administration model on various Application
- Hands on experience managing application onboarding to SailPoint IIQ for access certification and access provisioning automation.
- Good (Intermediate) understanding Agile methodology.
- Project planning and risk management
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced Knowledge on IT Information Security with 7 to 10 yrs of experience
- Good understanding of IAM control reviews
- Exposure to onboard application in SailPoint IIQ using defined connector patterns
- Good (Intermediate) Hands of experience in user access administration model on various Application
- Good (Intermediate) hands on experience management of transition of User Access Management activities from Business to Centralised Access Management team
- Good (Intermediate) understanding Agile methodology
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to handover the transition efficiently
- Good experience in managing application & infrastructure related issues.
- Good knowledge in project planning and risk management
- Escalation Management and Stakeholder Management
- Business reporting and MIS
