The Sales and Admissions Officer is responsible for managing the school’s admissions process, promoting the institution to prospective students and families, and driving student enrollments. This individual will engage with potential students and parents, provide comprehensive information about the school, and represent the school’s values and educational offerings. The role requires a personable, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and sales skills, as well as a genuine passion for education and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Management
- Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding programs, curriculum, facilities, tuition fees, and school policies.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective families via email, phone, and in-person visits promptly and professionally.
- Sales and Outreach
- Develop and implement strategies to reach new student markets and increase enrollments.
- Attend and represent the school at fairs, open houses, community events, and other networking opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, feeder schools, and community organizations to build enrollment pipelines.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective families, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- Follow up with inquiries and applicants to ensure all admissions-related questions and concerns are addressed.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective families to nurture engagement and guide them toward enrollment decisions.
- Administrative Support
- Keep accurate records of prospective and enrolled students in the school’s admissions and CRM system.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly admissions reports and updates to the management team.
- Coordinate with the finance department on fee payment and scholarship inquiries.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align admissions and marketing strategies, including social media, digital marketing, and print campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials that effectively convey the school’s brand and offerings.
- Update the school’s website and social media channels with current admissions-related information.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with academic and administrative staff to support a seamless admissions and onboarding experience for new students.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay current with best practices in admissions and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
