Job Scope

  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural/project documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Resolving network issues.

Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge in Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS.
  • Basic knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Basic attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen from recognizes university.
  • Minimum 2.5 CGPA or above.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology/ system management or related field is an added advantage.
  • Age not more than 27 years old.
  • Unemployed for more than 6 months since final exam or less than 1 year working experience.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
