· Answer and direct phone calls and transfer call to related party.
· Organize and schedule appointments.
· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
· Maintain a filing system.
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
· Maintain contact lists.
· Prepare expense reports.
· To assist in dispatch work and office administration work whenever required.
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from other division or department.
· Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
