Protege - Civil Engineer

- Monitor deadlines and follow up with respected team and daily correspondence, submissions and minutes of meeting/report of meeting.
- Follow up on matters agreed in meeting and liaise effectively within internal and or with other department and Goverment sector.
- Managing, maintaining documents in both hard copy, soft copy & update tracking system as required.
- Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep the superior informed of the status.
- Maintain effective and proactive communication with HODs/Managers & relevent departments to enable seamless process flow.
- Ability to actively participate in the team, to work together with the team towards the completion of the strategy, goals and achieve the targets.

Terms, conditions and benefit of Protege-Ready to Work(RTW) Program:-

• Graduated with Degree Holder of any related fields.
• Age: 22-28 years old
• Contract minimum 12 months
• 2 weeks Soft-skill Training- In house
• 11 months 2 weeks On-Job-Training(OJT)
• Deduction SOCSO and EIS
• Annual leave - 12 days per year
• Medical leave - 12 days per year
• Medical claims RM50 per visit or receipt
